Human Rights of Youth Programme was developed to address the capacity building of young people to make them involve in the implementation of the research activity (IO1) as well as building their capacities concerning to the social rights of young people and denied citizenship. The aim was to develop the skills of young people with the involved organizations for both understanding the needs of young people to construct the research activity as well as to implement the activities within the project in a smooth way.  

The training programme was consisted of series of methods to address the aims and objectives of the training for young people. Prior to the training, the methods have been developed by the consortium and the following program was implemented which can be used to tailor the needs of young people to increase their involvement  on the human rights as well as promoting the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. 

The training activity had the following goals :  

– To make the young people aware about the issues concerning the social welfare structures 

– To qualify the young people willing to involve in the research activity with their peers to make them able to engage in survey work 

– To create a network of young people who will engage in dialogue through social media and face to face with the politicians 

– To make young people to become changemakers in their own communities 

– To plan the research methodology and receive the feedback of young people about the decided areas within the project

According to goals above, the following program was developed and revised after the implementation of training. With the monitoring and evaluation activity, we were able to revise the activities and develop more constructive structure that addresses the needs of young people.

The methods were as well as developed to be implemented online consisting with a system to make the young people to use and engage after to visit the activities of the project in a meaningful manner. In that way, we were able to revisit the information after training and revise for the future implementation of the activities.
